Iain Nix is a third year MM Vocal Performance candidate from Cleburne TX studying at The University of Oklahoma. He also has a BM in Vocal Performance from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He performs a variety of styles ranging from opera to contemporary art forms. Classical credits include: soloist for Charpentier's Messe de Minuit pour Noël, Dormont in Rossini’s La Scala di Setta, World premier of Buttler's It is well, chorus in Laitman’s Scarlet Letter, soloist for Handel’s Messiah, USA premier of Benafu's Ave Maria, Manager in Bach’s Coffee Cantata, 1st Sailor in Handel’s Dido and Aeneas, and many other various solo works.
